Shipping Policy

Processing Time All items are handmade to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery We ship via USPS and/or UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard: 3–7 business days
  • Priority: 1–3 business days

Shipping Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other events beyond our control.

Accurate Shipping Address Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded.

Shipping Insurance Corito Designs, LLC reserves the right to purchase shipping insurance on any order at our discretion. When shipping insurance is included, Corito Designs, LLC will file any applicable claims with the carrier on the customer's behalf.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Corito Designs, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier and your local authorities. We recommend shipping to a secure location if package theft is a concern.
