Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy

We are a proud woman-owned small business based in Florida, specializing in thoughtfully handcrafted sewn products made with care, creativity, and attention to detail. Because every item is handmade, no two pieces are exactly alike—and that's part of what makes them special.
By placing an order with Corito Designs, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy.
Handmade Products
Each item is individually handmade after your order is placed. Small variations in stitching, measurements, fabric placement, pattern alignment, texture, and overall appearance are a natural characteristic of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
Please note:

Fabric pattern placement will vary from item to item.

Colors may appear slightly different due to photography, lighting, monitor or mobile device settings.

Fabric dye lots and materials supplied by manufacturers may vary slightly over time.

If a specific fabric or material becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a comparable material of equal quality while maintaining the overall design and appearance of the product.
These natural variations make every Corito Designs creation one of a kind.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Because personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for you, all personalized, customized, and made-to-order products are considered Final Sale.
These items cannot be:

Returned

Exchanged

Refunded

Canceled after production has begun
Please carefully verify all personalization information before submitting your order, including:

Corito Designs, LLC is not responsible for customer-provided errors.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
If you believe there is an issue with a non-personalized item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Do not return merchandise without prior authorization.
If a return is approved, the item must:

Be unused

Be unwashed
-
Be free from odors, stains, pet hair, or smoke

Be in its original condition

Include original packaging whenever possible
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Store Credit
Corito Designs, LLC does not offer refunds.
When a return is approved under this policy, eligible customers will receive store credit for the purchase price of the returned item.
Store credit:

Is issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Excludes original shipping charges.

Cannot be redeemed for cash.

Is non-transferable.
-
Does not expire.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before it leaves our shop.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact Corito Designs, LLC within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@coritodesigns.com.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the damaged item.
- Photographs of the shipping box, shipping label, and all packaging materials.
Please retain all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed, as it may be required for a carrier inspection or insurance claim.
If we determine that the damage occurred during transit, Corito Designs, LLC will work directly with the shipping carrier, when applicable, to resolve the claim. Customers are not responsible for filing carrier claims.
Once the claim has been reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include, sending a replacement (when available), or issuing store credit at our discretion.
Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery will not be eligible for replacement or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Custom orders

Made-to-order items

Sale or clearance merchandise

Gift cards

Digital products

Items that have been washed, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without authorization
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once materials have been cut, sewn, embroidered, printed, personalized, or otherwise prepared for your order, it has entered production and cannot be canceled or modified.
Shipping Information
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other events beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded.
Shipping Insurance: Corito Designs, LLC reserves the right to purchase shipping insurance on any order at our discretion. When shipping insurance is included, Corito Designs, LLC will file any applicable claims with the carrier on the customer's behalf.
Lost Packages: Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Corito Designs, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier and your local authorities. We recommend shipping to a secure location if package theft is a concern.
Right to Refuse Returns
Corito Designs, LLC reserves the right to deny any return request that does not comply with this policy.
Governing Law
This policy and all purchases made from Corito Designs, LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
